Terms of Service

All photographs taken by Kayla McAuliffe Photography (“Photographer”) are the sole and exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer retains all rights, including copyright, to the images captured during the photography session.

The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing on social media or printing for personal use. Any other use, including but not limited to commercial, promotional, or editorial use, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Photographer.

The Client agrees not to edit, alter, manipulate, or modify the images in any way. This includes but is not limited to cropping, applying filters, or making any digital or physical alterations to the photographs. The integrity of the Photographer’s original work must be preserved at all times.

When sharing the images publicly (e.g., on social media), the Client agrees to give proper credit to the Photographer, such as tagging or mentioning Kayla McAuliffe Photography in posts.

The Photographer retains exclusive rights to the images. This means the Photographer may use the images for portfolios, marketing, promotional purposes, or other professional activities without additional permission from the Client. The Photographer reserves the right to use any images taken during the session on the Photographer's website, social media platforms, and other publications or marketing materials of the Photographer's choice. This use is without any relationship or payment owed to the Client or the person(s) depicted in the photos.

Any breach of these terms will result in the immediate termination of the license granted to the Client, and the Photographer reserves the right to take legal action to enforce these terms and protect their work.
